We are all on a journey…
And everything we experience along the way forms us in one way or another. The voices from the past that still play in our head, the expectations others have put upon us or we put on ourselves, the many different roles we have, and even our cultural values tell us something about who we think we are or ought to be. But who we are is so much more! We all have a true self, an identity that is rooted in Christ, a unique way we were made to mirror God's image to the world.
The journey to discover your true self is not one that you travel alone. Your Creator is your guide. As a spiritual director, my desire is to be a companion with you and help you recognize where God is present and at work in your life and attune to that presence. By deepening your intimacy with Christ through the practice of spiritual disciplines, your false identity is stripped away, and you discover your true self and the way you were made to be a part of His Epic Story. This journey will be filled with peaks and valleys, but as we walk with our Savior, he will provide the strength and provision needed every step of the way.
My passion for this ministry was born out of my own personal healing and transformative journey. By finding the courage to meet God in the broken and wounded places within my heart, I discovered a deep, abiding, and healing love that changed everything and gave me the courage to live out of the identity I have as his beloved daughter. Part of God’s redemptive work in my life is taking the insights I’ve gained along the way to help others on their own transformational journeys.
